Graduation Course

Admission of students in Degree class is governed by the rules and regulations of Assam University and as enunciated by it from time to time. Students seeking admission to the First Semester of 3 year (6 Semester) degree course in Arts /Commerce must have passed H. S. Examination of Assam Higher Secondary Education Council or CBSE Final year examination or equivalent to 10+2 standard examination of any other Council / Board or any other State of India recognized by Assam University.

Two year Higher Secondary Course ( Arts ) is governed by the rules and regulations that exist and that shall be the rule from time to time by the Higher Secondary Education Council. The course consists of First year and Final year. The promotion of students to Final year shall depend on the successful completion and passing of the First year examination conducted by the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council / College annually.

Students seeking admission to the First year of H. S. Course of the college must have passed H.S.L.C. Examination of SEBA, or Secondary Examination of CBSE or Secondary Education Board/Council of equal status of any other State of India and recognized by the AHSEC with a minimum of 35% in aggregate in the concerned examination. The college provides a limited number of seats to students passing H.S.L.C. Examination of Sanskrit Board of Assam, High Madrassa Board.

Admission of students to H. S. 2nd year class is restricted to those only who pass the H. S. 1st year Examination conducted by this College / AHSEC from this centre. Students passing from any other college seeking admission to this college must obtain prior permission from AHSEC.
